As is apparent to frequent visitors, I have been absent. Here's why.
After three and a half decades living at the end of a rural, wooded road, Nancy and I have decided we have reached an age where we need to live in a place where we can walk to stores, the public library, and the like, and where dialing 911 has meaning. So we have purchased a house in a city. It needs a lot of renovation, top to bottom, and that is what we have been doing -- and are still doing.
At any age, but particularly at our age, this big a job is extremely time and energy consuming, leaving nothing for anything else.
That's where I've been, and will continue to be the next few months.
So, TZF is still alive, just not as actively attended to.
