So many of you spend too much of your time dwelling on the negatives in your world. This is encouraged by your media which reports on the negative and dark aspects of people’s lives because it is sensational and deemed more newsworthy than good news.
The media encourage you to view at almost first-hand the violence, pain, hatred and negative emotions that are contained within all of the world’s “trouble spots”.
Spending time listening to, taking on board and dwelling on all that is negative in the world that you see and hear about is absorbed by you on many levels. The immediate impact on you is that it lowers your own energetic vibrational frequency. Your lowered frequency then leaves you prey to your own negative thoughts and emotions, as well as low frequency energies such as viruses, bacteria.
Your constantly repeated negative thoughts and emotions about any and all issues then create larger negative thought forms which add to and reinforce those already existing within the band of energy surrounding the earth which is called the morphogenic resonance.
The world’s trouble spots are all situated in places where the land is already contaminated by the energy of corrupted ley lines as well as by their history. So it is that in these places a great deal of negativity already existed and this is no accident. The earth energies in such places are dark and negative because of the history of violence, anger, hatred, war and dark negative emotions. The land itself is literally soaked in it all after lifetime after lifetime of absorbing the results of the deeds and the emotions of all of the people who have and do live their lives involved in conflict.
The ancient vibrations of conflict and violent death, as well as all of the emotions from all of the people involved leave an energetic imprint which is held deep within the earth and in the water. Normal life in such places is almost impossible. The people who live in these places are contaminated by all of the dark energies so that their frequency is lowered.
Much healing and restoration work has been done and is continually going on in these places for the people, the land and the earth energies as well as for the wildlife and the nature kingdom. This occurs through the agency of the members of The Family Of White Light who are currently incarnated here and the disincarnate ones [angels]. There is still a great deal of work still to be done to clear the emotions and violence energetically.
For those of you wishing to be of help my words to you are please do not dwell on the negatives so much. Be aware of what is happening, and let it go! This sounds harsh and uncaring but unless you can actually do something yourself to stop it all, then do not get involved, because all you do by thinking about it, and talking about it, is to add to the negative thought forms and reinforce it all.
What should you do instead? Begin with yourself, and always look for the positive in any situation in life. “Always look on the bright side of life” is a song to be applauded and echoes my sentiments. Look for the good and positive in everyone you meet and try not to think, talk or behave negatively towards others in any way. By doing this as much as you can you maintain or improve your own energetic frequency and at the same time put positive thought forms into the morphogenic resonance. The higher frequency thought forms of people with a positive attitude and the emotions of love, happiness and laughter in their hearts can change the world!
A recent example is the spirit of your recent Olympic Games. So much love, light and happiness was generated by the spectators that all taking part and watching were uplifted regardless of country or race. Many athletes were so positively uplifted by the outpouring of positive energies by the crowds that they outperformed their own and everyone else’s expectations. Such is the power of the energy of love.
The content of this article has been prompted by a series of conversations that my sister and I have had with very sincere people we have met during our journey. These are intelligent people who have missed the point by not understanding that they have to do work on themselves in order to move on. The people tend to fall into three main categories.
The first are the many people who believe they have taken responsibility for their own health and well-being by making the change from allopathic medicine to alternative therapies. Many of these may then become therapist dependant because they expect the therapist to come up with all the answers and to take on the responsibility for their progress physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually without realizing that they themselves have to do the work. So all they have really done is change the name of the person they have designated as being responsible for their well being.
The second category consists of intelligent, thoughtful people who are seriously involved in their health and particularly their spiritual progress. They visit therapist after therapist looking for the magic words or the magic therapy which will heal them without any noticeable participation on their part. Seeking such a solution they are likely to become interested in any “new” process which they believe will enable them to be healed magically and/or moved on spiritually. Such processes may include repetition of certain words, numbers or phrases, drawing shapes in the air, or a combination of these. It may be that they do in fact feel better after some of these things have taken place. However, because they have not addressed the root causes of their problems, any feeling of well being will be short-lived. These same people may also go to workshop after workshop believing that the facilitator has caused them to clear lots of their issues because they have benefited from the energy there. It may be that by using the energy of fellow participants a very good facilitator is able to get this to occur in part too. Many people may mistakenly believe that they have healed themselves and moved on spiritually because they have read all of the books, been to all of the workshops and embraced every new idea. They then look at themselves and wonder where to go next because they are still not healed and are still striving to be spiritual and become enlightened!
I am not here to denigrate the work of people who run workshops or do anything to help other people. This is about the ideology and thoughts of many of the people who participate. It is true that many workshops are informative and invaluable in the spreading of new thought and ideas. However, some are just that: words which will have little lasting effect unless some healing takes place too. My sister and I ran Inner Child workshops for a time in which we taught people, and then reconnected them to their inner child whilst also using our energy to enable some inner child issues to surface to be healed and released.
The third category of people is the ones who are already therapists. They will have learned a great deal and are very good at what they do. Many of these people become so involved in helping others that they forget two important things. First, that many if not most therapists are drawn to a particular therapy not only because it resonates with them, but also because they themselves also need healing. Secondly, they become so involved in helping others that they either forget that they themselves also need to do the work in order to heal and move on, or they may mistakenly believe that because of the work they do they are somehow immune! Worse still for their development, they may not be open to ideas which lead to spiritual expansion or healing because they may mistakenly think they have all the answers already, not realizing that learning, evolving, and spiritually progressing never stop.
Well, I am here to say that for categories of people highlighted above as well as for everyone else, it just ain’t that easy folks!
Taking responsibility for yourself may indeed mean that you engage a therapist who will give you pointers and guidance to enable you to uncover, clear and heal the layers of unresolved issues which lead to great emotional and physical pain resulting in illness in some form. However, the difference that I am trying to show here is that the therapist is only an enabler, and cannot do it for you!
Just talking about things and revisiting painful episodes in your life may not release enough for the healing to take place either. You have to learn how to identify and release the emotions surrounding the painful events in your life for yourself. You have to own up to every thought and feeling involved in any painful episode and event however big or seemingly small, feel the emotion for a few short moments and then allow it to move up through the heart and eventually out through the crown chakra. Of course you will need help and support to do this, and of course you will need to be taught how to do this.
This is where the true role of a good therapist comes in. A good therapist not only facilitates healing but also empowers people by showing them how to help themselves whilst offering encouragement and support. A good therapist does not encourage people to become dependent on him or her (because it is financially rewarding or because it makes them feel they are needed). A good therapist knows when to step back and let you fly by yourself!
Working on yourself as described above is only the beginning of your healing. It can be a time consuming and sometimes painful job. However, you have to decide if you wish to stay where you are, stuck and in pain, or if you wish to move on into your future without the pain. Only you can decide. Remember you owe it to yourself to honor and value yourself enough to take the necessary steps to own up to what your issues and baggage are. Then from there to take the steps to really do something about it yourself without expecting someone else to do it for you because you haven’t got time or you think it doesn’t matter. This is really taking responsibility for yourself!
Remember though, that all those issues and pain do not go away just because you choose not to address them. They cannot be ignored forever, and they will cause you to “run into that brick wall“ sooner or later, and when you do you will not be able to help anyone else, least of all yourself!
Reconnecting to your inner child. What does this mean? Why do I need to do this? Who is this inner child anyway? And what has Never Never Land got to do with it?
Your Inner child is a part of you, a real being. A fragment of your soul. The part of you which first consciously evolves from in-the-womb until six years of age. During that time, this child experiences the world, and forms from these experiences her/his emotional pattern for life. This is the most important time in a person’s emotional development, because what happens then lays down behavior patterns for life, good and bad. .
It would be fair to say the Inner child is the real you, the innocent beautiful, angelic being that you came in as. So why do I need to reconnect? Well, you might not have to, but just need to acknowledge his or her existence and strengthen the bond. .
If you need to reconnect, it’s because the energetic connection has been severed, and this fragment of your soul has been lost. This loss of connection occurs because serious emotional, physical, or mental trauma has been witnessed by or done to the child, and has occurred in the first six years of life (including the time in the womb); and the child has chosen to flee. .
These children flee to the Cave or Never Never land. This place is very real . J.M Barrie’s story of Peter Pan and the lost and neglected boys is in part true . Children do escape to another plane of existence. Remember, we are talking about a soul fragment not a physical being. This soul fragment, this child, may stay in the cave for the whole of your life if you do not make an attempt to heal your emotional issues, traumas, and pain. .
My sister and I who do this reconnecting work have met people who know there is a part of themselves missing and don’t know what to do. We have also met people who have completely blanked out their childhoods because it is too painful to go there. Others have known they have left whilst in the womb. Some people do not have fun, do not know how to play, be in joy, have wonder; they have no concept of their child-like qualities which are an essential part of our ability to experience the world. We have also met people who have a poor range of emotions. .
Emotional energy in the form of traumas, issues, long held pain is held in your cellular memory and therefore it is in your tissues. This energy, when it is not dealt with, continues to grow as you experience your issues in different ways down the years. Eventually, this energy can begin to cause cellular change leading to dis-ease. If your emotional pattern begins in childhood then this is where you need to begin the healing process. This may be an energetic reconnection to your inner child through healing energy and the use of appropriate flower essences, or it may be just a strengthening of your connection, and to begin work on childhood issues that surface. .
Personal and spiritual growth comes about by years of cleansing issues and healing. Facing your emotional baggage is one of the hardest things to do; your issues begin here in childhood. You may not consciously want to gain spiritual growth but simply to be happy and have fun, but know there is a block somewhere. To reconnect with your Inner child or strengthen your connection is the beginning of a healing journey which will eventually help you find out who you are.
Releasing your emotional baggage, behavior patterns and belief systems leads to emotional maturity. Emotional maturity leads to Enlightenment and Ascension.
So where does your emotional baggage come from? Your emotional patterns for this life are set from your perceptions or misperceptions about reality or what was happening from the time you were in the womb to the age of six years. These are the emotional experiences of the Inner Child. These patterns will repeat themselves throughout your life, and be added to with each repeat scenario until you have a many faceted, complex emotional make-up.
Releasing your Inner Child emotions is very painful, and takes courage. On the whole, people prefer to ignore, and bury them. However, unless you face them, and let them go, you will not progress. Also, stored emotional baggage causes dis-ease.
Behavior patterns are something we are born into; each family, village, society, country, and planet has its own behaviour patterns. Patterns of how to think and live, for instance.
Belief systems also come from religion, society, education, parental influences, and peer pressure. Both belief systems and behavior patterns have to be acknowledged, owned, and released in order to unclutter your mind. When you have uncluttered your mind, you can go within without all the mental chatter. When you can go within, you can more easily open up to your internal dialogues of intuition, and to your higher self
So, back to emotional baggage, the starting point of the journey. Emotions are energy. We store our emotions in our physical body. Hence, the great number of bodywork therapies which exist to unlock them. However, the therapies may bring your issues to the forefront of your mind, but you have to do the work to release them.
How do you do this? However painful it may be, you have to feel the feeling associated with the issue; it may be anger, grief, and frustration. You then have to acknowledge that this is yours, own it. As you do this, the energy begins to move. Sometimes it helps to sob; wracking cries very quickly shifts the energy, and in a trice it’s all over, and the feeling has gone. Deeply breathing in to the feeling will also help to move it. When an issue is coming up, it may take days to materialise, bubbling away under the surface; you will feel out of sorts and irritable. Once you have done this once or twice, you get to recognise it. Have faith, set the intention that you will clear it, and worry at it like a jack Russell dog, and you will swiftly bring it to the fore. It may help to write it down to help you to acknowledge the issue. The issue, once it has gone, you may think that that is the end of that one. I am sorry to say that it may well arise for a second or third time because it is huge, complex and many faceted, and you can only clear a bit at a time.
If you don’t go to body therapists, how can you identify your issues? Well, your family are the ones who serve you in this, because they push your buttons the most; friends and work colleagues also help. You have to be alert, and on watch if you are serious about doing this work, because day to day incidents cause issues to arise. Your higher self will make sure of that. This being on watch is what the Dalai Llama calls mindfulness.
Is there an end to this? It can take several years. Yes, there is an end; eventually you clear all your emotional baggage. People and incidents that use to bother you no longer have any effect.
This is hard, diligent work. Let no teacher tell you that the road to enlightenment is easy. Attunements to ever higher vibrational frequencies are not the answer, unless you do the work associated with each attunement. Then you will have balance in your emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, and this will lead to enlightenment.
Cleansing yourself of your emotional issues/baggage inevitably leads to emotional maturity, then a whole new awareness occurs.
My sister and I were both premature babies. At the time of writing, I am 46 and she is 53. The feelings we experienced at that time have recently surfaced for both of us. We now realize that the feelings we experienced then have colored our lives.
Recently, I connected to a devastating and deep feeling of sadness; it was like a black hole of emotion. This has occurred twice whilst I have been at a Reiki Share. As I talked about the feeling, I remembered the story of my birth. I had been born early one morning at home, seven weeks prematurely. It was in the 1950s in a small Suffolk (England) village. The local physician came to our home, and convinced I would not survive, wrapped me in a blanket, and put me on the front seat of his sports car to take me to the Ipswich Hospital. There I was put straight into an incubator.
The next day, my father telephoned the hospital to see how I was. The Ward Sister said she wanted me named because it was still thought I would die. Mother, recovering from the birth, was of course not able to visit the hospital straight away. As I recalled this story, my heart began to race, and tears came to my eyes; I realized I had identified the cause of the feeling. This experience has since happened again, and as I talked the emotion surfaced once more.
As a young child, this deep emotion surfaced several times, and I remember crying myself to sleep in this deep misery, never knowing from where it came. So, at last I have the opportunity to clear this emotional baggage. For my sister, she has a deep feeling of being sad and alone and not wanting to be so. Here is her story:
Throughout my life I have always got fed up, down or depressed on or around my birthday in early September. It has often lasted from a few days to two months (longer if it was connected to a life changing trigger). The onset always seemed to be September no matter what avoidance tactics I tried to use. For many years I had thought (without any evidence) that this could be linked to being born prematurely in September and being in an incubator for two months.
Recently, however, another aspect of this came up following a family emergency. As I dealt with it (alone initially), I was overwhelmed with waves of deep sadness, fear and unbearable feelings of being absolutely and totally alone and unable to cope. As I discussed this with my sister later, I was suddenly able to see the pattern. I thought about all the other life changing events in my life when I had felt these emotions. When would I have had my first experience of being and feeling totally alone, isolated, full of fear, with intense sadness? Answer, when I was born two months prematurely, taken from my mother, and put in an incubator for two months!
Imagine it: You spend 8 to 9 months inside your mother, hearing her heartbeat and her voice and so on. Then, abruptly you are parted, and put into an incubator. Inevitably, you experience deep feelings – probably of loss, anger, sadness and fear – and you are helpless to do anything about it. So the first stage of your emotional pattern is set and this setting of emotional patterns carries on for six years. This pattern is what you repeat throughout your lifetime until you clear it (or not). Your life experiences are geared around these first six years of life.
One day, another member of the Reiki Share told me that her son had been premature, and that he found he could not hug her. My sister and I also share this experience; we found it very difficult to hug our mother or to have her hug us. The bonding seemed not to be there on her side and certainly was not on ours. In fact, a part of me felt unloved.
There are many premature babies in the world, and many mothers of premature babies who for some reason or another were not able to spend time with their baby in the incubator. I am convinced this scenario causes emotional pain on both sides, and I hope this article brings it to the fore to be noticed.
My sister and I are lucky in that we are both Reiki Masters, and we use flower essences to reveal our emotional pains that have been hidden away, and so can heal ourselves. Many others not so aware will go a lifetime and not discover these feelings or understand the impact they have on their emotional lives.
It has been said (by Barbara J. Marciniak), “You are afraid to feel. Your feelings are vast and all powerful, yet for many of you they are crosses of shame. However, it is through your feelings that you can ascertain what you value”.
We discern our world through our feelings. They are an unsourced tool for discovering more about ourselves and the world about us. Yet, as the quotation so rightly says, we are afraid, nay terrified, of feeling. We block our feelings and hide from them, and as a result we overload our cellular memory with our emotional baggage.
Our bodies are perfect records, holding every nuance of our lives. They hold all our memories of the things we have done to others and how we felt about it at the time, the judgments we have made since. Besides all this, there is what others have done to us and our emotions surrounding these things. We also hold shocking or traumatic memories from our lives which can appear to come “out of the blue”. There are no accidents or coincidences, the universe works and everything is a part of the rich tapestry, even though we may be unaware and cannot see it at the time.
To illustrate this, I recently had an opportunity to clear a very painful memory from my birth canal. I have shoulder pain and so I went to see my colleague who specializes in “un-winding” the tissues. She found that the primary site was not my shoulder, but my birth canal. As she said the words, the memory of the birth of my eldest daughter eighteen years ago surfaced, along with all of my feelings about it at the time. As I began to cry, my colleague felt a sudden “whoosh” as the birth canal released the tension and “unwound”, I was at that moment of release, able to feel the feelings, acknowledge them and let them go. Just imagine, for eighteen years this memory had been sitting in my tissues!
Emotional energy such as this can cause vibrational damage to the cells and eventually pathology. One of the feelings that came up for me was shock. As I am like a terrier when I know I have something to clear (I “worry at it” until I achieve my intention), I took some Bach “Star of Bethlehem” flower essence which is for shock held in the cellular memory.
Five days later at a Reiki Share, some more shock came up for me. It was a fourteen year old memory this time. My next door neighbor had hung herself, and her husband came around to ask us to see if she was dead. Two sets of memories from fourteen and eighteen years ago, all filed away and stored in my body as I had held onto them.
I am very self-aware, continually working on myself and watching for signs, feeling the feelings as they come up for me so that I can acknowledge them, embrace (accept) them, and then let them go. However, previous to becoming a Reiki Master and taking part in P’taah workshops as well as reading the P’taah books, I had never heard of any of these concepts.
Fortunately, there are now many self help books and people like myself who wish to teach and inform. As a physiotherapist, I realize how many people come with pain and that there is an emotional component to the problem.
In this world of greater understanding that all things are connected, the idea of sending healing, love, and blessings is not so impossible. We have science backing up metaphysics, such as String Theory. Mathematics has always known that many energies exist, and Stephen Hawkins has proven interdimensionality.
My idea and ongoing project is to get as many people as possible to put bottles of flower essences on a map. Flower essences are a method of vibrational healing in liquid form which can be used for emotional and mental problems. I believe that by using flower essences in this way, we can send healing vibrations to areas on the planet that are suffering from earthquakes, war, civil unrest, famine and other natural or man-made disasters. If enough of us were to participate in this effort, our activity could facilitate healing of the planet and its peoples, flora, and fauna.
In my spare room, I have three maps. The first map has bottles of Harmony for Nature on the North and South Poles and on the seas. Harmony for Nature brings balance and harmony after trauma. The second map also has bottles of Harmony for Nature, and in addition, Angel of Peace, which brings Peace after turmoil, and Water of Enlightenment, which is for Courage at times of great distress. These bottles I have placed on various disaster areas and earthquake zones. I receive e-mail notification of all the big earthquakes from the Unite States Geological Survey site. The third map is for the thirteen ongoing wars and conflicts that are happening round the globe. For example, I have placed on Iraq both Calming of the Waters, which truly does what it says!, and Truth.
Many people may have a bottle of Bach’s Rescue Remedy in their first aid or medicine chest, and an old school atlas. I would encourage you to search them out. Make the intention to send the healing vibrations from the bottle to your chosen location on a map. If you have access to many different bottles, then you can play all the more!
When I told a friend of mine about this project, she said that as soon as the London Bombings occurred, she got out a map of the underground or subway, and placed her essences upon it. Hopefully, there are many who are doing the same.
Similarly, in this way, you can send healing to friends and family. Place the bottle of essence on a photograph or the person’s name written on a piece of paper.
Here is another thought: You can send love and blessings and well intentioned thoughts to anywhere and anyone. Love and Blessings could be sent to all those people in need, and the intention that aide, help, provisions will get to everyone that needs it. This could be done on a daily basis.
Sending positive thoughts on our own is powerful. Collectively sending positive thoughts is hugely powerful. If many people put bottles of Flower essences on maps where there are disasters, wars and unrest, we can effect great change, and bring about healing. It may be that like me you have sent some financial contribution to those in need, but this idea is something you can do to help where you do not have a bottomless pit of money! This is also a project that can be ongoing.
People by their thoughts and actions can change the world. We have the power to do great good, bring positive change, heal ourselves, the planet and its flora and fauna. We just have to want to do it, to care enough.
Animal Rescue is the name of a flower essence designed to rescue animals from anxiety and fear. Their anxiety and fear are especially prevalent at this time as the animals are aware of the earth changes and the anxiety felt by their owners; they pick all of this up, and experience anxiety themselves.
Animals are supersensitive, and have abilities which we do not. They are neither dumb nor stupid. Animals are able to know about earth changes long before we do. Consider for example the elephants in Indonesia at the time of the Tsunami; they moved to high ground long before the storm hit.
Animals (as are we) are connected to Nature, are part of Nature, and they are able to pick up the subliminal signals; they just know. We too have this ability within us, but have lost the use of it because we have come to believe that we are separate from Nature, not part of it. The animals know when storms, bad weather, rain is coming. Just watch your cats; they will be indoors long before rain comes.
Dogs and cats know what you are going to do long before you do it, and often will be in a room or ready before you are. They pick up the mental pictures you broadcast (this is how you communicate with animals by thinking in pictures).
The domestic animals that live with us or whom we have close relationships with, which includes horses and donkeys, know when their owners are in emotional turmoil and distress. Cats and dogs will come and sit with you if you are crying or upset. In fact, they work hard to take this emotional energy from us, and if they are allowed outside will discharge this energy to the earth. You may have noticed them rolling or shaking their legs when outside. If they are unsuccessful in discharging this human energy, then they become ill. Our domestic animals now display the same illnesses that we humans have alongside their own. Most human ills are caused by unresolved emotional trauma and baggage.
It is part of the relationship and bargain that the animal kingdom has with us: we feed and care for them and they help heal us. It is a two-way street except this can become overloaded on the animal’s part.
The earth changes are causing anxiety in humans that we are not even aware of. Many people are in a state of anxiety for which they do not understand the cause. Mother earth and the nature kingdoms are in distress and because we are part of nature we are picking this up. Many people do not realize that the earthquakes are becoming larger and the volcanoes are quite active; the presence of unusual and severe weather is the most obvious evidence to the majority of people that something is happening on the planet. Humans are displaying anxiety in the form of road rage, our inability to slow down, and our frenetic life styles.
The animals are picking up not only the earth changes but also their owners’ reaction to it. Many of the animals have very angry owners and unfortunately in some cases crueler than before. The animals have to cope with themselves and their owners’ anxieties.
Your animals may be displaying anxiety in unusual behavior. Dogs may follow you around all of the time, they may go off their food, lie around, not be interested in what’s going on, mope, they may start scratching or nibbling at themselves. Cats may be jumpy, run from room to room not knowing where they want to be, be unsettled and ill at ease. You may find your cat is your constant companion wanting to sit on your lap all of the time. Horses may begin weaving, pace in the field, and stand by the gate constantly waiting to be taken in. Horses ears may be back and heads up with spines shortened, displaying tenseness. Relaxed horses elongate their spines. They may show aggression and also be jumpy and flighty.
It is for all of the above reasons that Animal Rescue essence has come into being; this is for the domestic animals. All other farm and wild animals are catered for by Harmony for Nature essence.
These are remedies you can give to your animals to help them avoid anxiety. For more about this, please see my website at www.rosecottagefloweressences.co.uk
